The Paul & Rosa project by Riedel Bau AG in Schweinfurt is much more than just a residential building. With its innovative approach, it questions how we can live and build in the future – in a way that conserves resources, protects the climate and is socially acceptable at the same time.

How can content relating to the biologisation of industry be meaningfully integrated into vocational training? This question was addressed in a short online training course as part of the TransBIB project, in which Provadis engaged in dialogue with renowned experts.

How well prepared are today’s training programmes for the bioeconomy? The TransBIB project investigated which skills are required for bioeconomic processes and whether these are already anchored in the curricula of chemistry and pharmaceutical professions. The analysis reveals skills gaps and challenges in integrating new content.
