Die Führung vermittelt anschaulich, wie Zuckerrüben heute nicht nur zur Zuckergewinnung verarbeitet werden, sondern auch zur nachhaltigen Erzeugung von Bioethanol, Biomethan und Futtermitteln beitragen. Die Anlage steht exemplarisch für den Wandel von einer klassischen Zuckerproduktion hin zu einer zukunftsorientierten Bioraffinerie.

On Friday, 27 June 2025, we will enable our guests to travel by bus to the Cosun Beet Company in Anklam. An exciting guided tour of the plant awaits you there, during which you will gain interesting insights into a sustainable biorefinery.
The bus departs from Greifswald railway station at around 8.00 am and will take you back after the tour (around 1.30 pm).
